How to Prepare this recipe :
- Clean and prepare the Fish for marinating.
- Take a Bowl and break a egg into it.
- Then put all the powder and ingredients into the bowl.
- Stir the mixture very well.
- Once you have mixed all the ingredients make sure the mixture is sticky (not too much).
- Apply it to the fish fillet and marinate it.
- Here why i am using Flour just to get the Layer and for crispiness.
- Now keep your marinated fish in a box cover closed and rest it for 1 hour.
frying the fish:
- place a frying pan on a burner.
- pour oil in to the pan and let it get hot.
- Once the oil is Hot Put your marinated fish in to the Frying pan.
- Do not over crowed the pan.
- Close the pan and let the fish fry in it.
Enjoy it with rice or starter or as you want.
