How to Prepare this recipe :
  • Clean and prepare the Fish for marinating.
  • Take a Bowl and break a egg into it.
  • Then put all the powder and ingredients into the bowl.
  • Stir the mixture very well.
  • Once you have mixed all the ingredients make sure the mixture is sticky (not too much).
  • Apply it to the fish fillet and marinate it.
  • Here why i am using Flour just to get the Layer and for crispiness.
  • Now keep your marinated fish in a box cover closed and rest it for 1 hour.


frying the fish:
  • place a frying pan on a burner.
  • pour oil in to the pan and let it get hot.
  • Once the oil is Hot Put your marinated fish in to the Frying pan.
  • Do not over crowed the pan.
  • Close the pan and let the fish fry in it.
Your Hamour fillet fry is ready now.
Enjoy it with rice or starter or as you want.
