Chicken Gizzard and Liver Masala
This recipe is all about Chicken Gizzard and Liver Masala.In this way the gizzard and liver will taste Really delicious with Rice or Chapati or Tortilla Rolled.

Cleaning The Gizzard and liver.
- take out the Gizzard and liver from the package and Mix it with little salt and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes so the raw or If any smell is there It will be vanished by doing like this.
- After That Clean the Gizzard and Liver with Water.
Cooking Method :
- Pour The Cooking Oil In to the cooking Pan or Bowl. (I prefer Canola Oil).
- Once the Cooking Oil Becomes Hot enough Put Your sliced onions Into the Bowl.
- Put your Clove and cinnamon.
- Saute it well till the onion turns slight brown.
- Crush The Ginger and garlic which is finely chopped in a Wooden Crusher.(doing this your mixture will get more tasty and healthy.)
- Now pour the crushed ginger and garlic into the Cooking vessel.
- I use Bronze Cooking vessel for maximum taste lol.
- Saute the mixture and Put all your powders into the vessel and mix it well.
- Saute for 2 minutes.
- Now pour the Gizzard and cup of water.
- Close the lid for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Gas flame should be medium.
- After Above said time is over open the lid and check for gizzard if it is half cooked now time to Put your Liver in to the bowl.
- Liver cooks so faster than gizzard.
- Do not put both together in to the bowl.
- Always put liver later if you are cooking with this way.
- Now Put salt and lemon and your Maggi cube a i mentioned above.
- Close the Lid and let it cook for % minutes.
That's It. Your Chicken gizzard and liver masala is ready.
